Terms of Service

Welcome to P&D Pristine Cleaning Services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a cleaning service with us, you agree to allow our professional cleaners access to your property at the scheduled date and time. You also agree to pay the full service fee as outlined in your booking.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made online or by phone.
  • We accept credit/debit cards through secure third-party processors like Stripe or PayPal.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements are made in advance.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
  • To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

4. Service Limitations

We do not provide hazardous material removal, pest control, or services outside our scope of standard, deep, or post-construction cleaning. For safety reasons, cleaners will not move heavy furniture or handle bodily fluids.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns or return for a re-clean when appropriate.

6. Liability

P&D Pristine Cleaning Services is insured and bonded. However, we are not liable for items not secured in a proper manner, pre-existing damages, or damages caused by standard cleaning products.

7. Access and Safety

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. Cleaners have the right to decline service if a situation appears unsafe or unsuitable.

8. Privacy

All client information is kept strictly confidential. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
