Please read the following service disclaimer carefully. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
General Policies and Limitations
- P&D Pristine Cleaning Co. does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as rust, mildew, or others caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.
- All areas to be cleaned are expected to be free of clutter. Excessive clutter may affect our ability to clean and the final price.
- It is the Client's responsibility to inform P&D Pristine Cleaning Co. if any items or surfaces require special care.
- We are NOT responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. However, we will do our best to report any issues we notice and offer a fix/replacement if damage is caused by us and is within reason.
- We are NOT responsible for any harm caused to animals or people due to our cleaning supplies. If you have concerns, we can use supplies provided by you if requested.
- All pets should be secured during cleanings for their safety and our team's. We are NOT responsible for their care if you choose to leave them out.
- All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed to be sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
- Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection (e.g., felt pads).
- All important or irreplaceable items should be put away during cleanings to prevent any possible accidents.
- All Clients have 24 hours to contact P&D Pristine Cleaning Co. with any issues or complaints. After 24 hours, all clients accept that we are not held accountable for corrections.
- We do not offer full refunds but do guarantee that we will return to correct any errors caused by cleaners hired by P&D Pristine Cleaning Co. if reported within the 24-hour window.
- We cannot guarantee a specific finish time for cleanings as it depends on the scope of work. If you require a finish time, it is your responsibility to inform us before the cleaning begins.
Please Note: Specific Limitations
- We cannot move heavy furniture. We will try to reach visible places by hand or with an extension duster.
- For safety, our cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2-step stepstool.
- We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require an additional charge.
- Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit airborne dust but cannot prevent this entirely.
- Cleaning is by appointment only. A $50 service fee will be applied if we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning.
- For safety and quality, no other contract work (e.g., painting, construction) should be performed while our teams are cleaning.
- Prices are subject to change if surfaces are excessively dirty. Cleaners will not clean areas filled with clutter or covered in hazardous materials (including, but not limited to, human and animal waste).
- If you request an interior refrigerator cleaning, you are expected to remove all food items before our arrival to prevent cross-contamination.
